Iris Galerie dispone di una rete di quasi 200 gallerie aperte in meno di 4 anni in 19 paesi, con un progetto di apertura di oltre 80 gallerie internazionali nel 2025, in città culturalmente ricche.

**MISSIONI**:
In qualità di Manager sei responsabile del buon funzionamento della Galleria e un attore chiave per il successo di uno o più punti vendita. I tuoi compiti principali saranno:

- Garantire le tue hotline di vendita e supervisionare il team della galleria al fine di offrire un'esperienza cliente indimenticabile ai nostri visitatori;
- Garantire la corretta manutenzione della galleria (pulizia, scorta, sicurezza);
- Gestire gli orari e la distribuzione delle attività quotidiane;
- Garantire la rendicontazione dei dati sulle vendite e sulla produttività;
- Partecipare alla formazione iniziale e continua dei venditori ed essere fonte di proposte per il miglioramento continuo del nostro servizio.

**PROFILO**:

- Richiesta prima esperienza di successo (minimo 3 anni) come consulente di vendita in un marchio di vendita al dettaglio, meglio se con responsabilità manageriali;
- Forte interesse per l’ambiente retail e la vendita assistita;
- Ottima padronanza dell'inglese;
- Facilità con l'automazione dell'ufficio (Mac);
- Personalità solare, dinamica e sorridente.

- Ottime capacità commerciali e manageriali;
- Cura dei dettagli, rigore;
- Forza di convinzione, gusto per le vendite;
- Cultura dei risultati;
- Disponibilità a partecipare a un progetto ambizioso.

**CONDIZIONI**:

- Tipo di contratto: contratto a tempo indeterminato
- Remunerazione: tra 25 e 28 K annui
- Inizio: 04/2025
