DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join the Country Italy commercial organization, specifically in Driver Italia branch, a dynamic and cross-functional group dedicated to design and promote marketing campaigns, support Driver Point of Sales on field to exploit their full commercial potential, deliver training initiative to internal and external business stakeholder. You will support your tutor in business operations by enhancing digital marketing platforms, streamlining customer interactions and ensuring the efficiency of Driver sales support systems and processes.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
**You will collaborate with your tutor in**:

- Implementing and developing projects in the area of customer service & integration targeted to Driver
- Supporting the tyre technology knowledge and portfolio catalogue of Business Development Managers on-filed
- Supporting Business Development Mangers marketing activities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree: preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Language: good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel, Python. A predisposition for the use and adoption of learning digital tools is highly valued.
- Soft Skills: initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and strong communication and relational abilities, acting as effective trainer
