**Operational Excellence Manager - Lean Production Focus (f/m/d)**: **Job information**: **Reference number**: JR-0027556 **Job function**: Manufacturing & Production **Position type**: Full time **Site**: Parma Via La Spezia 218, 43126 Parma PR **Your responsibilities and tasks**: With a strong presence in Italy, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving a culture of operational excellence, primarily focusing on Lean Production methodologies. - Cultivate a Culture of Operational Excellence: - Lead the charge in fostering a culture of operational excellence, relentlessly pursuing improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement across all levels and functions, particularly in Lean Production. - Develop and Implement Lean Vision: - Formulate and support the lean vision and continuous improvement strategy, aiming to enhance the internal customer experience by improving cycle time, on-time delivery, and prioritizing critical-to-quality areas. - Conduct Lean Assessments: - Execute LEAN-assessments, progressing towards a comprehensive Value Stream-assessment covering Quality, HSE, "Sales for Clear Order," "Design for Takt," etc. This will mainly involve assessing the 8 Production Sites within the Italy Cluster. - Coach Plant Operations: - Act as a coach to all plant operations, with a primary focus on the Italian Cluster. Drive lean process adoption and behavioral changes, establishing a highly effective Daily Management (SQDIP) process. Utilize tools such as basic problem solving, kaizen, A3 thinking, value stream mapping, kanban, visual management, pull, creation of flow, and adherence to standard work. - Change Agent for Performance Excellence: - Serve as a change agent, driving performance excellence through the execution of lean initiatives. Provide thoughtful coaching on functional standard work and problem-solving methodologies. **Your profile and qualifications**: Master’s or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain mgmt., Statistics, Data mgmt. systems, Economics, Lean Management or similar - Collaborative approach in a fast-paced, matrix organization. - Proven coaching anf project management skills, inspiring and motivating team members - Change management expertise, including experience in driving cultural transformation within departments - Certified as a Balck Belt is a must. Strong knowledge of lean/6 Sigma methodology and tools. - Minumun 5 years of experience in manufacturing - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience leading the execution of operational excellence/continuous improvement projects, demonstrating a proven track record of sustainable results. - Strong knowlodge in Factory Layout Planning, Lead Time Reduction, Value Stream Mapping, Material Handling, Production Planning, KPI Tree Analysis, OEE and SMED. - Italian and English (fluent), German is an advantage
