**Contract Administrator**:

The Contract Administrator is the first point of contact for sales, customers and business partners of the relevant business in Motion Service Drives. Using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the sales and other function/business team by reacting to customer inquiries.

Administrative Coordinator

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate with customer.
- Execute customer orders from order booking to payment. Ensure customer orders are executed and delivered on-time and per contractual requirements.
- Ensure that order documentation is complete, current and properly backed up.
- Accurately maintains backlog in terms of delivery dates and forecast. Participate in backlog review meetings.
- Support inventory process. Work in collaboration with all team members such as Sales and Marketing, Receiving and Shipping, and Supply Chain.
- Effectively implement and leverage the use of existing tools and processes.
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as on-time delivery and quality are met through oversight. May be required to define improvement action plan to achieve KPI’s.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Your background**:

- A diploma/bachelor degree in Business expert or Economy or Management field; At least one year of experience in administrative area, working as contract administrator/order handling in the relevant industries;
- Knowledge of SAP, experience with SAP Business Management System;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Excellent communication skills; fluent English and Italian is mandatory;
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service; strong organizational skills, proactive, results-oriented; tactful and diplomatic.
