Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting two F&B Service Supervisors to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.
- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- The starting date is estimated in September.

**What you’ll do**
- Act as the point of reference for the F&B outlet operations during the shift.
- Ensure daily checklists and tasks assignment are completed in an effective and efficient manner.
- Take guests’ food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
- Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
- Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
- Order and restock outlet inventory and record transaction in the company purchasing system.
- Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
- Conduct daily briefings liaising with the culinary department to ensure alignment.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

**What you’ll need**:

- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
- At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
- A safety-first approach.
- Positive outlook and dependability.
- Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
