**Job Description**:

- Manages and directs the purchasing of all the goods and services the company needs for a particular projects.
- He is responsible for identifying potential supplier sources, conducting interviews with potential vendors, negotiating favourable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.
- Develop new suppliers for HZI new generation projects
- Closely coordinate with engineering and supplier to bring in best solution
- Negotiate with supplier the best price and schedule

**Qualifications**:

- More than 5 years experience in process, chemical or related industry
- Procurement experience with suppliers for system and components
- Experience in project management for medium or small size projects
- Experience working with MS office/ SAP/Primavera and such
- Good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
