In un momento strategico di internalizzazione e espansione globale, cerchiamo un CFO visionario e operativo, capace di guidare la funzione finanziaria in un contesto dinamico, multiculturale e in forte evoluzione.

Responsabilità principali

Definire e implementare la strategia finanziaria globale in linea con gli obiettivi di crescita e internalizzazione.

Coordinare le attività di budgeting, forecasting, reporting e controllo di gestione a livello internazionale.

Gestire le relazioni con investitori, istituti finanziari e stakeholder strategici.

Supervisionare le attività di tesoreria, fiscalità internazionale, compliance e risk management.

Supportare operazioni straordinarie (M&A, joint venture, apertura nuovi mercati).

Collaborare con il CEO e il board per decisioni strategiche e sviluppo del business.

Requisiti

Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini; MBA o qualifiche internazionali (es. ACCA, CPA) costituiscono un plus.

Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di CFO o simili in contesti multinazionali, preferibilmente nel settore food, retail o franchising.

Conoscenza approfondita di processi di internalizzazione e gestione finanziaria cross-country.

Leadership, visione strategica e forte orientamento al risultato.

Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese; altre lingue sono un vantaggio.

Retribuzione: €40.000,00 - €70.000,00 all'anno
