**DUTY FREE & TRAVEL RETAIL MANAGER**:
The Duty Free & Travel Retail Manager is responsible for ensure achievements (market shares, turnover, volumes, variation of price lists and product assortment) and profitability of the Duty Free & Travel Retail Channel for the brands, as well as the development of the brand portfolio through the identification of new opportunities / new customers / new distributors at a global level, in relation to the Duty-Free channel, in compliance with commercial plan, of the company mission and corporate image..

Directly reporting to the EMEA, India & APAC Marketing Director, the role will manage the following activities:

- Propose the strategy to be adopted in the Duty-Free channel for each customer and geographical area, through the definition of:

- the annual sales targets and competitive positioning in terms of price
- the portfolio strategy
- the investments in Advertising & Promotion (A&P)
- the drivers of growth
- Ensure the annual negotiation of contracts with customers of the Duty-Free channel (airport and border duty free operators, shipowners, operators in the diplomatic sector, distributors in the cruise sector)
- Propose the budget of the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) activities for the channel, reviewing it every six months based on business trends and expected market trends
- Ensure the correct implementation of key performance indicators (KPI’s) in terms of availability, visibility, quality, promotion and price of the products for each brand within each Duty-Free customer, through:

- the analysis and re-elaboration of the monthly sales data received from customers, to monitor the trend of sales and marketing budgets (order and sales volumes, collections, product assortment, A&P costs) and providing, if necessary, an update with respect to the market / customer situation
- the compliance with the development plans for each brand, identifying and measuring specific KPI’s to assess the return on investment
- the reports of the activities carried out within the channel and on the results achieved, to be presented in business QBR’s
- Ensure the supervision of the market and customers of the channel:

- maintaining regular and lasting contacts with all customers of the channel.

**o planning and carrying out, in agreement with management**:
monthly visits to the world's leading Duty-Free Operators
quarterly/semestral visits to all other customers of the channel to ensure the constant presence of the Brand within the main markets, understand the needs of customers and plan marketing activities and promotional events.
- Ensure the coordination of the activities of the Brand Ambassadors present within the main Duty-Free operators, by:

- carrying out selection interviews, sharing feedback with customers.
- planning their activities within Duty Free, in line with the objectives and commercial strategies.
- meetings aimed at discussing market trends and customer behavior, as well as monitoring the activities of Brand Ambassadors in the territories.
- To ensure organization and delivery of training sessions addressed to the company operating in Duty Free stores, using the support of their Brand Ambassadors to define the program.
- Ensure the identification of commercial opportunities, in relation to the channel, in the countries covered and entering new countries, as well as the implementation of business development activities aimed at developing and strengthening the company's presence at a global level, through:

- the analysis of the local supply-demand-distribution system
- the development of a distribution strategy
- the identification of potential customers and the opening of contacts
- the implementation of business development activities (fairs and events, visits to potential customers, networking).
- the negotiation of agreements / contracts with the identified customer.
- the definition of guidelines for the renewal of contracts with customers.
- Guarantee the presence of the Company at the main events of the Duty Free and Travel Retail channel (e.g., Cannes Tax Free World Exhibition), participating in the design of the Branca stand and supporting, if necessary, the team involved in the event regarding logístical aspects (e.g., travel organization, accommodation reservation, transport for participants).
- Collaborate with the communication agencies and the EMEA, India & APAC Marketing Department in the development of the marketing plan and trade marketing campaigns to be implemented within each country overseen by the company
- Collaborate with:
