**Supply Chain Specialist**

This role is based in Lucerne (Switzerland)

**Purpose of the role**

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be the primary contact in Supply Chain Management Organization for the product families that he/she is responsible for. In addition, you will be responsible throughout the Supply Chain Operational Planning and execution of API, Bulk, Semi Finish Goods, and Finish Goods to maintain the targeted supply to our customers and patients.

You will proactively address, mitigate and resolve the current and potential supply issues from the short term up to 36 months horizon. You will work closely with E2E Planners/Site Planning Teams /Value Change Management Team/Product Lead to execute and support brand strategies

**Main responsibilities**
- Create supply plan for Finish Goods, Bulk and API (up to 36-months-horizon)
- Manage Purchase Order/Stock transfer orders
- Adhere to Escalation Management, Information flow, and escalation in the Tier process.
- Maintain the Master Data and Planning Parameters
- Supply Chain optimization in relation to the product portfolio
- Profit Plan, Volume Plan for relevant supply nodes
- Product Lifecycle Management (Launch / Discontinuation)
- Support /Execute Network Changes /Source management as required
- Monthly Scorecard Reporting of Standard KPI’s / Metrics

**Your profile**
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in a related field (Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business management)
- Three years related experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working with different regions/countries/stakeholder management.
- Advanced and demonstrated knowledge of planning systems (SAP ECC, SAP APO DP/SNP/ S4Hanna).
- MS Office experience (proficient Excel user).
- QlikView knowledge an advantage
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and improve processes and to drive changes
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both operational personnel as well as senior leaders
- Able to function well in a cross-cultural, diverse & inclusive environment
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification or any other post-graduate education in SC Management is an advantage
- Fluent English
