Are you passionate about understanding business processes and translating them into smart, effective digital solutions?

We’re looking for a **Functional Solution Consultant** to join our international team in Barcelona and contribute to the successful implementation of retail management solutions across Southern Europe.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to analyse business needs, define functional requirements, and guide them through the adoption of our software solutions, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.

**The Role**:

- Analyse customer business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Coordinate with integration and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide functional advice and ongoing support to customers.
- Monitor project progress and participate in planning activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and processes.

Requisiti

**You’re the right fit if you have**:

- Previous experience as a **Solution Consultant**, **Functional Analyst**, or similar role, ideally within **enterprise retail environments**.
- Knowledge of **management systems** and main **operating systems**.
- Strong functional understanding of software implementation.
- Excellent **English communication skills** (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in the **Retail / Fashion industry**.
- Knowledge of enterprise solutions.
