As Aero GT Product Leader, you will work closely with the Customer, Sales force, ITO and OTR project team, Design Engineering, and other GE businesses, to ensure that all stakeholders’ expectations are met, as well as the product specifications. The Product Leader will own the Lifecycle product strategy of the assigned GT platform, development & management, starting from Customers and market needs and defining a successful product differentiation.

As Aero GT Product Leader, you will responsible for:

- Working directly with end Customer, business stakeholders, GE Aviation and GE Power businesses, to define train lifecycle strategy to increase train competitiveness
- Defining the multiyear product lifecycle strategy for the gas turbine platform starting from customers and market needs and defining consequently successful product differentiation
- Translating into technical characteristic of the product the market requirement collected from customer and segment to win the CM and market share targets
- Defining, implementing, updating the value proposition for the aero gas turbine product line and optimize the strategy during product’s life cycle through user experience
- Granting early Customer engagement for the qualification of new product, first introduction and commercialization leveraging the DTI organization
- Defining the standard product configuration and its serviceability, including driven equipment and package.
- Working with regions, growth areas and sales, maximizing applicability to quotation and commercial hit rate
- Creating and maintaining product policies
- Approving external product publications
- Driving Patent activities (Approval, promotion and pruning)
- Supporting NTI process to guarantee technology injection into BH GT portfolio, in terms of cost, time & communality approach

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Have solid technical leadership experience
- Have experience with a focus on managing technical programs at senior level, and designing and developing new products, preferably gas turbines
- Have experience with New Product Development (NPD) process, Lean Principles, and management methodologies
- Demonstrate coaching expertise and success in working across the business functions and the global teams
- Demonstrate business acumen and customer mindset
- Have EU work permit
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills for conducting meetings, answering sales/customer questions and writing/explaining technical aspects
- Be fluent in English (oral and written)
- Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive team working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
