We're looking for an **Invoicing Associate.**
The resource will be responsible for processing and presenting financial data to Management, preparing and reviewing monthly billing, handling internal administrative requests, and resolving invoice-related issues, including providing instructions for issuing credit notes.
The **main responsibilities** of the role are:
- Manage accepted client offers and initiate new projects, including creating summary Excel files;
- Review and validate reported activities and group planning to ensure financial coverage;
- Prepare pre-billing using the internal system (eCrm);
- Generate billing reports to extract monthly fees and charges for automated upload into the company's accounting system;
- Handle overdue invoices and follow up with clients for payment;
- Manage and verify disputes related to client invoices;
- Process purchase requests with suppliers, reconcile company costs, and provide billing summaries to clients;
- Use the internal system to manage negotiations and analyze the business pipeline,
- Prepare and send renewal letters for recurring fees, ensuring accurate billing at the start of the following year.
**The role requires possession of the following qualifications**:
- Degree in economics or administration,
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-working attitude;
- Precision, consistency, and reliability;
- Analytical intuition, organizational skills, and the ability to manage and synthesize available information.
