A new opportunity in Axa Partners Italy.

Location: Rome or Milan

Type of contract: Fixed term

The new employee will be responsible for supporting local Ops Team on call management, back office activities and other operational tasks. Reporting directly to local Team Leader.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call Centre Customer Service coverage;
- Scanning & Storage of claims documentation;
- E-mail management;
- Back office activities;
- Continuous search for improvement opportunities on customer service/satisfaction.

**Your Profile**
**Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in a similar function or in a customer call centre will be a plus
- Customer service orientated and able to work under pressure
- High degree of responsibility, analytical and able to think “out of the box”
- Experience in claims handling will be a plus
- English Speaker
- Energetic with commitment to deliver
