For office in Rome, we are looking for a **Training Specialist **to join our HR Team.

**About the role**
- you will collaborate with your Manager to identify Training needs to transform them into effective pathways oriented to the development of soft and hard skills
- you will coordinate the logistics of Training Courses, including enrolments, arranging training materials, and managing registrations
- you will manage an internal LMS for Training Programmes
- you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Training Programs through feedback and surveys.
- you will manage the Training database and keep records of training activities
- you will participate in the creation of human resources development activities and Projects
- you will be involved in Recruitment activities.

**Qualifications & skills**
- You have at least two years of experience in Training roles.
- You are fluent in English
- You have strong organizational and time management skills
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment
- you have a results-driven approach, excellent networking skills and dynamic working style
- You are able to work autonomously, while championing team work
- Experience in Recruitment will be appreciated.
