**As we scale our team, we’re looking for an Airworthiness Specialist to help us grow our drone fleet and produce all the necessary documentation and permits to allow that fleet to contribute to all industries.

If you want to be our Airworthiness Specialist, you will work together with the design, production, maintenance, compliance and operations processes, helping our company achieve its goals and set the bar of the unmanned aviation in Europe and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify the compliance to the regulation of new type of operations
- Support the update of the internal documentation to comply with regulatory changes
- Support the company functions in developing/improve internal procedures to comply with regulations
- Support operational activities
- Support Safety analysis, not limited to safety events (corrective), but including predictive activity
- Interface with EASA and ENAC in case of regulatory update (Comment-Response Tool) contribution
- Support in improving quality procedures through all the company functions

**Must Have**:

- Knowledge of EASA regulation 2019/947, 2019/945
- Knowledge of the SORA 2.0 process - Familiarity with SORA 2.5 is a plus
- Familiarity with SCRUM methodology
- Knowledge of ENAC Guidelines (Linee Guida) for 'open' and 'specific' categories
- Basic knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS)
- English B2/C1
- Italian B2/C1

**Nice to have**:

- Experience on UA operations (preparation and on field), in 'open' and/or 'specific' category
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 certification
- Knowledge of PDRA and STS operations
- Basic knowledge of Quality principles
- Experience in dealing with NAA (ENAC, EASA)
- Any foreign language is a plus
