**Per società cliente, leader nel campo della produzione e della commercializzazione di grigliati in vetroresina e profili poltrusi, in fase di potenziamento dell’organico, ricerchiamo il Responsabile dell’Information Technology**

Responsabilità

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Direttore Generale, dopo un iniziale periodo di formazione da parte del consulente esterno attualmente incaricato si occuperà di:

- Garantire il corretto funzionamento degli strumenti IT (software e hardware), la manutenzione ed il supporto di 1° livello rispetto a problematiche hardware e software;
- Gestire i fornitori esterni che collaborano con la Società in ambito IT;
- Gestire training e formazione agli utenti sugli strumenti informatici messi loro a disposizione;
- Produrre documentazione specifica relativa a procedure, piani di manutenzione e processi propri dell’ambito IT;
- Fornire supporto all’implementazione di eventuali nuovi software di cui la Società necessita;
- Seguire progetti in ambito IT per le filiali estere;
- Monitorare le prestazioni dei sistemi informatici, proporre modifiche e revisioni dell’infrastruttura atte al miglioramento della produttività o alla riduzione dei costi;
- Fornire supporto per la creazione e la manutenzione della reportistica in ambiente SAP;

Istruzione
- Laurea in ingegneria informatica o diploma di istituto tecnico superiore affine

Competenze linguistiche
- Inglese: livello minimo B1

Completano il profilo la capacità di lavorare in team, una spiccata attitudine al problem solving, la serietà, la puntualità ed il rispetto delle esigenze dei colleghi in termini di scadenze
