They are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and negotiation-savvy

**Sourcing and Procurement Manager**

to lead the sourcing of tinplate materials for their operations. This role requires strong** analytical and problem-solving abilities**, along with the capability to **build and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships**.

Experience with ERP systems and **e-bidding/RFQ tools** **is strongly preferred.**

**Posizione**:

- Organize and manage bidding activities via procurement platforms, including the preparation of Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluation of offers, and collection of cost information in the market
- Source and qualify potential suppliers, evaluation of their capabilities
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, pricing & terms, overseeing claims, steering R&D projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with business needs and specifications
- Oversee the preparation and execution of purchase orders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function
- Maintain accurate procurement records, analyzing procurement performance and reporting key metrics to senior management
- Develop Market Intelligence, provide insights on supplier capabilities, competition, and trends

**Requisiti**:

- Able to work autonomously, a self-starter who is proactive and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize effectively
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive decision-making. Able to speak with data and problem solve
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable to clearly convey ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to successfully operate cross-functionally
- Strong cross-cultural awareness, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and suppliers from different regions
- Flexible, adaptable, and open to change and new challenges
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, etc.)
- Fluent in English, fluency in Spanish a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in international procurement or sourcing management
