**About Us**

C&W is looking for a Junior Analyst in stage to join the Industrial & Logistics team. In this position, the resource will have the opportunity to grow professionally, and gain experience in the commercial real estate. The Junior Analyst will be focused in managing data about logistics sector and supporting the Team in the commercial activities.

**Role Responsibilities**

As a Junior Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our I&L team. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Data Management**: Maintain and update internal databases related to industrial and logistics properties, as well as our customer database.
- ** Data Integrity**: Collaborate closely with the Agency I&L team to ensure data accuracy and integrity, contributing to high-quality databases.
- ** Market Insights**: Analyze logistics transactions and review commercial and technical documentation related to logistics developments in the national market.
- ** Reporting**: Create market reports using tools like PowerBI.
- ** Collaboration**: Engage with the Research and Business Intelligence departments to acquire and process market information.
- ** Advisory Support**: Assist in preparing reports for institutional and international clients, including BOV-commercial valuation opinions, service proposals, and market research.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- ** Educational Background**: Preference for a degree in Real Estate field or in a field related to data analysis (such as Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Information Sciences).
- ** Passion for Real Estate/Logistics**: A desire to deepen your knowledge in the logistics and industrial real estate sector.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Basic proficiency in data analysis and related tools.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong document management abilities, including data organization.
- ** Self-Driven**: Organized, pragmatic, and capable of managing workload independently.
