**Then we might be looking for you**

MSX is looking for an **Automotive Rental Advisor**, who will be involved in a B2B activity where, in accordance with the customer’s directives and tools, will arrange replacement vehicle services for short term purposes.

Our new Automotive Rental Advisor will ensure a high level of service to the drivers who have signed a rental agreement with our Customer by identifying the feasibility of providing replacements for each request and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Tasks contain:

- Manage client requests for replacement and pre-assigned vehicles;
- Process and resolute cases reported by customer care team on specific needs and disservices;
- Ensure the correct execution for provision of replacement vehicles through given directives;
- Follow the given order of priority for the choice of suppliers of replacement cars;
- Communicate directly with the project coordinator on the ongoing activities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar;
- 1 year of experience in the Automotive sector in other roles;
- High level of computer literacy;
- Adaptability and Flexibility;
- Good planning and organization skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to take initiative;
- Languages: Italian and preferably English.

**Working pattern**:

- Location: Rome
- Hybrid
- 40 hours per week, internship
