Ensure regular review and follow-up on the completion of strategic items. - **Specialized Focus**: Develop targeted strategies for reporting, analytics, and sustainability within the IT organization. - **Business Partnership**: Translate business needs into long-term IT plans in close collaboration with division and corporate lead function heads. - **Continuous Improvement**: Monitor and refine IT strategies to stay ahead of evolving business requirements. - **Strategic Communication and Change Management**: Actively communicate and promote the IT strategy across all teams to ensure alignment and engagement. **Qualifications**: - **Academic Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. - **Languages**: Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. German is a plus - **Strategic Mindset**: Strong analytical and planning capabilities to define and adapt strategic goals, offering a good understanding of the business. - **Business-IT Synergy**: Proven experience in integrating IT strategy with corporate vision. - **Analytical Skills**: Ability to document and translate complex business requirements into actionable strategic goals. - **Collaborative Spirit**: Skilled in stakeholder management and coordination with division and corporate lead function heads.
