Orienta spa, Agenzia per il lavoro, seleziona per azienda di produzione 1 CUSTOMER SERVICE.

La risorsa verrà inserita a supporto dell'ufficio commerciale e dovrà occuparsi di gestione ordini, verifica piani di produzione con il responsabile della pianificazione, gestione dello stato di avanzamento commesse e comunicazione con ufficio commerciale e logistico evidenziando criticità e possibile risoluzione delle problematiche; attività di reportistica ed analisi KPI; servizio post vendita.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea, preferibilmente in Economia o Ingegneria ad indirizzo gestionale o della produzione, o titoli equivalenti
- Costituisce criterio preferenziale l'esperienza pregressa in aziende manifatturiere
- Buon utilizzo di strumenti IT, in particolare pacchetto Office, software gestionale (Navision/SAP o equivalenti) e/o APS
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2, C1)
- Completano il profilo capacità di lavorare in team e buone doti relazionali
- Disponibilità full time dal lunedì al venerdì

Previsto contratto a termine iniziale finalizzato ad un inserimento stabile.
