We are seeking a **Copywriter** who can blend creative storytelling with performance marketing sensibilities as we enter our next phase of growth in the mental health space. This role sits at the intersection of brand narrative and performance content, requiring someone who can maintain exceptional writing standards whilst understanding and optimising for measurable results.

You'll be crafting compelling copy that upholds our brand voice whilst driving meaningful engagement across our digital channels. Working within a dynamic environment, you'll shape how we verbally communicate our mission whilst learning to optimise copy through data-driven insights. This position offers unique exposure to both creative excellence and performance marketing principles, making it ideal for a writer eager to expand their impact beyond conventional copywriting roles.

**AS A COPYWRITER YOU WILL**:

- Create high-impact copy optimised for multiple platforms (META, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) to serve both brand building and direct response campaigns
- Lead the copywriting process from concept through to final delivery
- Write and produce copy variations for performance testing and optimisation
- Develop and maintain copy templates that are on brand with performance and scalability needs
- Work closely with paid marketing teams to create content that drives measurable results
- Create engaging social media copy across various formats and lengths
- Guide tone of voice consistency whilst adapting copy for different channels
- Analyse performance data to inform copy decisions
- Take ownership of the verbal execution of performance marketing campaigns

**️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**:

- 4-5 years of experience in copywriting, with solid experience in performance marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative excellence and commercial impact across brand and performance-driven content
- Proven track record creating and optimising copy for paid social campaigns
- Advanced writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and content requirements
- Track record of creating content that drives engagement and conversions
- Ability to manage multiple projects whilst maintaining high creative standards
- Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams and understanding their objectives
- Strong grasp of brand voice and exceptional writing ability
- Proactive approach to expanding knowledge in performance marketing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluent Italian and English, other languages a plus
