For our Manufacturing innovation hub in Bologna, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 ERP Specialist with Lean Manufacturing Expertise.

**Job Description**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Design Solutions based on Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain and Operations
- Configure Dynamics 365 solutions based on specific requirements
- Be partner in the Lean transformation journey of Avanade’s Clients
- Lead complex & inter-functional improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance
- Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices
- Maintain tracking files updated in order to allow performances measurement and process improvements (KPI monitoring)
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team empowered to execute the Lean strategy for process improvement
- Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations
- Understanding the client's core processes along their value chain, and defining how to improve efficiency and productivity by leveraging best practices and digital technologies
- Working with the client's management to translate Operation’s needs, especially Manufacturing, into specific business requirements
- Analyzing processes and data to develop strategic solutions and test their effectiveness in meeting business goals
- Facilitate, train, and coach other team members in the use of Lean tools
- You will also lead or support lifecycle management projects related to improvements to manufacturing processes to improve quality, capacity, costs, and other related operational elements.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain and Operation, it is critical the knowledge of the Production Module (mandatory)
- Preferred experience in manufacturing industries and in a multi-level production and products
- At least 5 years of experience in use of Dynamics AX/365 ERP
- Knowledge of lean principles, discrete manufacturing processes, logistics management and in Industry 4.0 technologies (eg: MES) is a plus
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing: Six Sigma tools, KANBAN, OPEX, DMAIC, Green Belt
- Highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented and seeks accuracy in work product
- Capable of working in a fast changing and multi-tasking environment
- Fluency (written and oral) in English is mandatory
- Higher Degree in Business or Economics, Computer science, Engineer or similar industry experience
- Excellent communication skills, client facing experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer focus.
