What you will do

The HSE Specialist will lead, develop and execute H&S strategies, providing leadership and expertise on this topics.

He/ She will arrange, provide, maintain, and continually improve safe H&S system of work for all employees in order to prevent injury and ill health and ensure compliance to regulatory standards and ISO 45001, 14001 standard.
- Core responsibilities:
- Transpose and adoptthe H&S strategy for Haier Europe Industrial Operations and for non-industrial sites (offices, warehouses, labs etc.)- Be responsible for Health & Safety and Environment pillar activities for HOPS- Contributes to Health & Safety and Environment budget definition and approval, interacting with factories owners such as Facility, Maintenance and Operations.- Provide technical skills on H&S matters, define, and implement safety standards for manufacturing facilities- Support the implementation of the Safety, Environment and Compliance Assessment program in accordance with Corporation Audit Strategy- Lead the implementation of Second Party EH&S audit according to EH&S audit according to EH&S Management System requirement and strategy- Support execution of Third-Party audit according to EH&S Management System requirement and strategy- Lead the implementation of the Ergonomics program for Haier Europe- Lead EH&S Projects aiming at guaranteed compliance with laws and Corporate EHS Global standard Structure benchmarking activities- Ensure EH&S standard development and implementation- Develop HOPS Evolution Safety and Environment pillar agenda in accordance with HOPS Evolution Strategy- Support HR processes with EH&S impact ensuring their implementation for his own population- Ensure team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication- Manage the team in order to efficiently and effectively plan their activities- Enable the right level of cooperation among functions- Provide leadership and mentorship to the entire team - Identify and ensure right level of training for direct reports- Create H&S background in factories to guarantee right level of local support

What you need to succeed
- Must have:
- Fluent English knowledge- Minimum a diploma in EH&S) related areas And/or some Year of experience in the field- Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office 365- Good level of knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies- Very good relationship skills (since interaction with others is critical)- Ability to work by objectives- High level of autonomy
- Nice to have:
- Qualified to provide training- ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064 standards knowledge and Auditor qualification- Willing to move for travel out of borders (for audits and other temporary activities)
