Ricerchiamo Quality Expert Supplier Engineer per conto di Azienda Cliente fidelizzata Plant tra le Provincie di Modena e Bologna, specializzata nella produzione e commercializzazione di prodotti «propri» certificati standard internazionali. Alla risorsa ideale, in qualità di specialista QUALITA' SVILUPPO PRODOTTO E FORNITORI sono richieste skill necessarie:
Conoscenza tecnico meccanica ed almeno otto anni di esperienza maturati all’interno di Aziende manufatturiere - asportazione truciolo
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese anche nel parlato
Autonomia nella gestione e nella validazione di fornitori e di forniture, specie per la nuova prototipazione ed industrializzazione
Capacità ottime ed evidenti di comunicazione, di problem solving e di leadership, poiché sarà previsto un suo diretto ruolo attivo e dinamico, nella “diffusione della Cultura della Qualità” del prodotto, nella produzione e lavorazione interna, quanto per le lavorazioni realizzate esternamente, partecipando in prima persona nella definizione KPI su processi e strumenti APQP PPAP PFMEA metologia QRQC IATF16949
Il ruolo prevederà trasferte lavorative funzionali; una sicura posizione di prestigio professionale, per il numero ed il grado degli Enti Internazionali e Direzionali, che interesseranno la funzione nel suo svolgimento strategico.
