We have a great opportunity for a** Sales Assistant (Protected Category law 68/99). **This role is based in our Milanese office with hybrid facilities and is exclusively for people enrolled on the Protected Category List law 68/99. You must also have the right to work in Italy.

**What YOU will do here at LifeScan**:
As part of the Sales Admin team, you will manage business support activities (procurement, shipment management, general services).

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Collaboration with Sales Admin Coordinator & company functions in the identification of Suppliers, request quotes for issuing orders, follow up invoices Suppliers).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, business management model, guidelines of the sector associations and the laws in force.
- Support of the organization in managing the creation of purchase orders and the follow-up of invoice payments, maintaining contact with Suppliers and Global Account Payable.
- Collaboration in the management of suppliers (identification / quotes / purchase order issue / payment flow).
- Management of incoming and outgoing shipments / deliveries.
- Collaboration with Finance for the correct calculation of monthly provisions and collecting the documents necessary for the payment of taxes or for compliance purposes.
- If necessary, support the Congress & Events function in the administrative part.

**Requirements**:
**About YOU**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative related roles.

You should also have:

- Very good knowledge of the Office Pack.
- Self-starter attitude with proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to listen and analyze.
- Good follow-up skills with an ability to prioritize.
- Strong communications and collaboration skills, team player.
- Fluent in Italian and English, an additional language is appreciated.
