Specialista legale amministrativa
La risorsa si occuperà di fornire supporto alla gestione degli affari di natura giuridica, in tutti i campi del diritto amministrativo:
supportare nella segnalazione di nuove disposizioni normative, prevedendone sviluppi, opportunità, rischi e ricadute sull’Amministrazione stessa;
supportare nella valutazione ex ante dei rischi legali relativi a scelte strategiche;
elaborare bozze di attidi natura giuridica e pareri.
Questa figura svolge compiti operativamente autonomi e/o con funzioni di coordinamento e controllo con carattere di creatività nell’ambito di una specifica professionalità técnica.
**Competenze operative**:
- analizzare sotto il profilo giuridico le scelte strategiche delle Pubblica Amministrazione
- gestire il processo di tutela giuridica dei vari servizi amministrativi,
- gestire un contenzioso legale
**Requisiti richiesti**:
Laurea Magistrale o Vecchio Ordinamento in Giurisprudenza
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 36 mesi nel ruolo, maturata nella Pubblica Amministrazione.
Contratto iniziale di 1 mese in somministrazione con possibilità di proroga.
