- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Miu Miu Retail Trainer/Project manager to lead our global retail training projects with the aim of developing our retail staff and maximizing business opportunities.- Reporting directly to the Head of Retail Training, s/he will play a key role in helping the Miu Miu brand achieve its business goals by cascading the global retail training strategy at ww level and measuring the training impact on Business and Clienteling KPIs.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop new Training content linked to Retail and Business
(i.e. Client Experience, CRM, Clienteling, Omnichannel, KPIs, Product Knowledge)
- Deliver Train the Trainer sessions and give ongoing support to regional trainers
- Analysis of Dashboard, collection of Business Evidences to be reported during Quarterly Business Review Meeting and Leadership Team Meeting
- Frequent Travel to Markets to monitor Trainers Effectiveness and Way of Working
- Monitor results and implement activities aimed at supporting local action plan
- Manage projects, timelines and deliverables for the WW Retail Training Team
- Maintain deliverables/activities overall, following the planning calendar
- Create and manage KPI reports related to Training projects through dedicated dashboards
- Interface with IT for LMS Platform management from courses creation and participant enrollment to completion reports
- Ensuring constant and flawless implementation of all Training projects
- Markets coordination and dedicated follow-up related to Retail Training Projects

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- 2-5 years’ experience as a Retail Trainer/Retail Training Project coordinator- 2-5 years’ experience in project management- Self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker
- Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Analytical in approach, strong attention to detail, problem-solver- Knowledge and awareness of the luxury industry, market and competitive trends
- Strong interpersonal skills- Sound knowledge of e-learning platforms and other digital training tools- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Teams, Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Fluent in Italian, English (an extra language will be a plus)- Availability to travel to different stores based on market requests
