**Descrizione del Gruppo**

Il Gruppo Internazionale Rekeep è il principale gruppo attivo in Italia nell'Integrated Facility Management, ovvero la gestione e l'erogazione di servizi integrati rivolti agli immobili, al territorio e a supporto dell'attività sanitaria, con 80 anni di esperienza, 28.000 dipendenti e oltre 1 miliardo di fatturato. Siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire in una società del Gruppo con la mansione di Construction & Plant Technician.

**La figura ricercata seguirà le seguenti attività**:

- Supportare il Capo Progetto nella pianificazione dei cantieri in tutte le loro fasi, secondo la progettazione iniziale, aggiornando lo stato di avanzamento del cantiere;
- Predisporre la documentazione necessaria per l'esecuzione delle opere (es. autorizzazioni, dichiarazioni, as built, ecc.), fino alla conclusione positiva del collaudo finale.
- Supportare il Capo Progetto nella gestione dei rapporti con il Cliente e con la Direzione Lavori, interfacciandosi con le strutture dell'Area addette alla gestione;
- Gestire gli ordini di acquisto dei materiali e delle attrezzature per rifornimento cantieri;
- Supervisionare l'attività dei progettisti esterni cui è affidata la progettazione esecutiva, garantendo la rispondenza delle opere da realizzare con quanto proposto in gara;
- Supportare il Capo Progetto nella redazione dei SAL con pianificazione della fatturazione, nel rispetto del budget prefissato.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Diploma Geometra/Perito oppure Laurea in Ingegneria Edile o Impiantistica;
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di cantieri complessi (Opere civili ed impiantistiche);
- Capacità di utilizzo dei principali pacchetti applicativi Office, Primus, AutoCAD;
- Conoscenza delle principali normative tecniche relative in ambito di riqualificazione civile e/o impiantistiche;
- Conoscenza delle principali normative sulla sicurezza in cantiere;
- Capacità di _problem solving_;
- Buone doti relazionali;
- Autonomia gestionale.
