Are you a hardworking individual that enjoys outside sales and driving business? As a **Business Development Manager,** you will develop new opportunities and grows existing customer business in Northwest Italy with regional multi-shop consolidators and large body shop accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Account Management: develop and implement an account management plan using PPG resources (products, value services), emphasizing continuous improvement, business relations and value as key ingredients.
- New Business Development: identify, pursue, negotiate, and plan with new accounts
- Field Sales Development/Support: mentor sales staff to secure potential strong regional strategic accounts
- Competitive Awareness: understand competitors, their offerings (products & services) develop and manage counter measures
- Industry Awareness: maintain account target list with profiles; identify industry trends & develop initiatives to meet needs such trends may demand (e
- commerce, insurance companies, supply direct)

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as key account/ business developer is required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years related learning experience.
- Previous collision center experience is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
