The group is created from a **synergy **of three companies**:LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A.**, a leading Italian company in the luxury e-commerce sector, **Playground S.r.l.**, a retail company known for its luxury sportswear stores operating under the SOTF brand, and **FFW **S.r.l.**, a digital e-commerce service provider.
**FFW **is a Florence-based company that develops and manages custom e-commerce sites for clothing and accessories. FFW's mission centers on forging strong alliances with partners, tailoring its approach to each specific brand for customized solutions.
We are looking for a **Customer Service Specialist** with previous experience.
They will be _responsible for the following tasks_:
- Assisting customers in the purchasing process, pre
- Managing customer complaints.
- Processing returns, credit notes, and refunds.
- Cancelling orders.
- Following up on shipments.
- Managing customer information.
- C1/C2 Level English - written and spoken.
- C1/C2 Level French - written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work well in a team.
