Each delivery is a unique micro-experience for our users. Our Operations Support Associates help us to create more of these unique micro-experiences by ensuring the smooth set up and running of new and existing stores.
**What you will do**:
- Coordinating the setup of existing and new stores
- Delivering department routines
- Stock audits
- Supporting stores in all business requirements
- Training shop assistants on best Getir practices
- Helping to troubleshoot all issues on the orders terminal
- Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to in all of our stores
- Be a valued member of Getir’s Store Operations team, share your knowledge and ideas, support your colleagues and take the initiative to make us bette
**Requirements**:
**What you need**:
- Strong background in the operations team of a supermarket, retail store or hospitality outlet
- Ability to work with a broad set of KPIs and the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
- Commitment and flexibility: Getir’s dark stores operate 7 days/week, from early morning till late in the evening, so your shifts may be across these days and times
- You are an inspirational team member, displaying excellent communication skills, team spirit and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to teach and mentor people.
- Most importantly: a can-do, will-do attitude
