Overview:

**Responsibilities**:
As a Finance Intern with Hines, you will support in administrative, controlling and corporate finance activities, with special focus on management of investment vehicles. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Support in preparation and check of financial, accounting and treasury reporting to foreign investors
- Support in administrating and controlling activities
- Support in the corporate finance activities
- Upon request, support the Finance and Investment team in structuring new transaction and in DD process of new acquisitions

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:

- Studied or are studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate from an accredited institution
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent command of English (particularly written)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- No prior real estate experience is required, however a strong interest in the field and willingness to learn are preferential
