**Overview**:
**Principali compiti e responsabilità**:

- Controllo che tutti i ricavi generati nell’hotel e nei vari Outlets siano corretti e registrati in linea con la normativa fiscale ed i principi contabili
- Controllo e riconciliazione dei conti Co.Ge collegati alle operazioni di Importazione dati
- Reportistica e controllo delle entrate per dipartimento e tipologia
- Riconciliazione e monitoraggio commissioni applicate agli incassi del gestionale Mews
- Verifiche formali e sostanziali su fatture e ricevute emesse, inclusa la gestione e riconciliazione dell’imposta di soggiorno
- Garantire che tutti i rimborsi e gli addebiti vari siano supportati dalla documentazione necessaria
- Effettuare mensilmente controllo e riconciliazione dello scadenziario clienti e sollecitare i pagamenti in linea con le procedure aziendali
- Registrazione delle entrate bancarie
- Operazioni di cassa quali versamento e cambio moneta ai vari reparti
- Controllo delle eventuali cancellazioni e relative giustificazioni
- Controllo degli sconti effettuati e compilazione del relativo report
- Quadratura carte di credito
- Riconciliazioni bancarie

**Competenze richieste**:

- Conoscenza delle disposizioni di legge relative ai compiti affidati
- Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare con scadenze stringenti
- Capacità di lavorare in modo costruttivo ed in sinergia con il team per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni, condividere progetti, informazioni e risorse
- Capacità analitica, proattività ed approccio rivolto alla risoluzione dei problemi
- Attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di stabilire le priorità e gestione del tempo
- Gradita esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3-4 anni o in contesti simili
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza di Excel e dei sistemi informatici in generale
