**Retail Care Group, agenzia di Field Marketing di Milano attiva dal 1998, **ricerca un/a Key Account Manager Retail per importante azienda cliente leader nel **settore di servizi di garanzia, assicurazione e assistenza.**:
**MANSIONI KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER**:
Il/la Key Account Manager Retail, a fronte della sua comprovata esperienza nelle vendite nel mercato del settore assicurativo, sarà responsabile di elaborare strategie commerciali in ambito retail che siano in grado creare nuove opportunità. Si occuperà, inoltre, di sviluppare e gestire le relazioni con i propri clienti per ottenere una relazione proficua e duratura.

**Nel dettaglio si occuperà di**:

- Stilare report relativi a: performance di vendita, processi e standard Way to Sell;
- Garantire l’allineamento internazionale per realizzare il piano di vendita;
- Gestire e coordinare la vendita al dettaglio di prodotti assicurativi;
- Identificare KPI da raggiungere e guidare il business con azioni concrete.

**REQUISITI**
- Laurea triennale
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Key Account Manager;
- Esperienza nel settore commerciale e al dettaglio;
- Elevate competenze tecniche nel settore retail, nonché elevate capacità analitiche.
- Esperienza di lavoro in un’organizzazione a più livelli;
- Identificare opportunità/rischi di business futuri e sviluppare strategie da affrontare;
- Fluente in inglese;
- Disponibilità a trasferte.

**PLUS**
- Sono gradite competenze finanziarie e comprensione dei fattori di redditività;
- Preferibile esperienza nel settore assicurativo e/o finanziario;
- La precedente esperienza con broker assicurativi sarà molto apprezzata.

**COSA OFFRIAMO**
