**Quality Specialist**

The Quality Specialist will be the person in charge to follow up the resolution of the issue raised form the Field, collecting information from the PDI and transfer into the Factory quality and collaborating with all the other teams ( Manufacturing Engineering, Build quality, manufacturing, Engineering, Customer support). He will get in contact with Supplier if need for issue resolution, especially for topic related to PPR. He will have the responsibility to ensure that the feedback from factory to the Customer support is given in timely manner, interacting with the different stakeholders

The Files Quality specialist will collaborate to monitor and Share the KPIs, and propose System improvement to reduce the Time to fix (TTF).

General Responsibilities:

- PPR Support: Responsible for supporting the Issue resolution inside the factory. The incumbent will bring the information to the production line/ manufacturing Eng. / Eng., make the investigation to help the root cause identification, and will collect the information and share with the stakeholders.
- PDI analysis and actions follow up: Responsible for monitor the PDIs submitted by dealers. Investigate and take actions into factory for the fast issue resolution
- Factory Communication: Communicate the issue from the field (PDI & concern form the field) to the Factory and ensure that the solution feedback is routed to the Product Customer support

Educational background:
Degree in an Engineering, Technology, technical Science or equivalent experience

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality environment
Experience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off-road trucks; or, automobiles)

Experience in service or in technical support or in after sales activities will be a plus
Knowledgeable of Industrial Process and technology
Experience on Problem solving methods
Accomplished communication capabilities (spoken and written)
Team working
English/Italian Speaker
