In collaboration with our customers, we develop solutions that achieve the best possible outcomes for physicians and patients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute clinical education strategy in collaboration with commercial sales force
- Implement strategies and learning opportunities to ensure consistent clinical /market knowledge among commercial team
- Support Marketing Department with market analysis and market preparation
- Establish in collaboration Marketing Department KPIs to measure performance across the region
- Understand the clinical data and prepare regarding sales and education support material
- Attend national congresses and make field visits to support sales team
- Collaborate with all business partners (Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Compliance, Quality) to support strategy
- Identify HCP training needs and initiate corresponding plans for improvement
- Organize and attend professional education events, analyze current offering and propose improvements where applicable, building a strong relationship and partnership with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), trainers and proctors
- Be informed about the latest trends in the market
- Administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required.
- 2+ years related experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical field or in a related area, required.
- Clinical background with strong sales skills and track record is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Above average reading, verbal, and written communications skills; proficiency in business English and grammar; good arithmetic skills and attention to detail to maintain records and process reports.
- Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required.
- Ability to travel locally within the assigned geography (Italy)
