**Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It**

As our new F&B Supervisor, you'll be the hands-on leader who keeps the good times (and great service) flowing. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll take charge of daily operations during your shifts, guiding the front-of-house team with confidence and energy. Whether it's jumping in to solve a service hiccup, supporting a new team member, or setting the vibe for a busy night, you're always one step ahead.

This role is all about bringing people together, guests and team members alike. You'll make sure our service is seamless, our guests feel genuinely welcomed, and our operations run like clockwork. You'll also help bring our restaurant's personality to life by championing promotions and menu highlights.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead the front-of-house team during shifts, making sure everything runs smoothly and guests are delighted.
- Be a visible and active leader on the floor, solving minor service issues and keeping energy high.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members, and offer ongoing feedback to help them grow.
- Oversee daily service setup and breakdown, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels throughout.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service and event execution.
- Help roll out promotions and activations, briefing the team and hyping up our menu items.
- Keep an eye on sales and stock during service, support the team in reaching daily targets.

**What You'll Have**
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a senior waiter, barista, or bartender.
- Some experience leading shifts or small teams.
- Confidence working guest-facing roles in a lively restaurant or bar environment.
- A hands-on mentality with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and a sharp eye for detail.
- Fluency in English, anything else is a plus
- A positive, proactive attitude that inspires your team and enhances the guest experience.
