HR Specialist

For its Italian Oral Solid manufacturing & packaging Site of Baranzate (MI), Famar is looking for a

**HR SPECIALIST - Recruitment & People Development**

Who, reporting directly to the Country HR Director will be responsible the HR processes, programs and initiative in the Italian Plant (approx. 140 employees) related to Staffing & Recruitment, Training, Onboarding & Induction, People Development and Career Counseling.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Execute timely and effective recruitment processes to ensure the identification, attraction and onboarding of the people needed to meet the business goals, with special care and attention to the recruitment of the right people in production and office areas. Execute direct searches and works with recruiting agencies and temporary staffing agencies as needed.
- As Career Counselor, act as point of reference for all employees for their professional development.
- Provide proactive consultation and guidance and act as an HR point of contact to employees and Managers for employee relations, recruitment, training & development, career development areas,
- Oversee the execution of new comer´s induction
- Execute HR reporting and statistical surveys. Is associated to ESG initiatives.

**Professional Skills and Background**
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in similar positions, preferably in Production Sites.
- University Degree in Psychology, Development Sciences or Humanistic areas. Master or post-degree specialization in Human Resources Management would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken - you will work in an international environment.
