We are looking for an Apprentice who will be trained in **2 years** as **Strategic Buyer** in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure business unit area.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the
- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

**Your Challenge**

As a **Strategic Buyer** some of your main activities will be:

- Generate value and productivity leverage on supplier base.
- Perfom Negotiation
- Scouting the market to find out the best solutions based on business needs.
- Supporting business processes, development of new methodologies, procedures and tools in the project business field.
- Develop suppliers and partners to achieve a reliable and sustainable supply chain in the related Siemens business.
- Be an effectiveness Project Team Member.
- Act as business enabler.

**Required entry qualifications**:

- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background
- ITS Degree;
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create andshare knowledge
- Eligibility to work in Italy
