Mansioni
- Coordinare e motivare il team del bar e del ristorante assicurando un servizio in linea con la filosofia AMA Stay
- Supervisionare le attività quotidiane e garantire il rispetto degli standard di qualità e igiene
- Gestire fornitori, ordini e controllo delle scorte
- Pianificare i turni e promuovere un clima di lavoro positivo e orientato al servizio
- Organizzazione e coordinazione dei eventi aziendali

Requisiti
- Identificarsi con i nostri valori: ospitalità, onestà, umiltà, orgoglio e autodeterminazione
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di bar o ristoranti, preferibilmente in contesti alberghieri
- Conoscenze linguistiche: italiano, inglese ed eventualmente tedesco
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership
- Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione del personale
- Ottimie capacità di apprendere l’utilizzo dei sistemi gestionali
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Flessibilità, empatia e integrità
- Passione per l’ospitalità
