The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction and management phases of a photovoltaic (PV) plant. This role ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. The Site Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage site personnel, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site activities according to the project schedule. - Ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan and client requirements. - Monitor project progress and interface with other company functions and subcontractors on-site. - Prepare and present periodic progress reports to the Project Manager (PM).
