Con l'apertura prevista nel 2026, Airelles Venezia Palladio segna l’inizio di un nuovo ed entusiasmante capitolo: l’inaugurazione della nostra prima Maison al di fuori della Francia. Unisciti al team e svolgi un ruolo fondamentale nella creazione di questo santuario del lusso sull’isola della Giudecca, dove ad attendere i nostri ospiti ci saranno camere e suite spaziose, straordinari giardini privati, una spa su più livelli e spettacolari viste su Piazza San Marco.

- Assistere l’Housekeeping Manager nel coordinamento delle operazioni quotidiane.
- Garantire il rispetto delle procedure operative, degli standard di qualità e della soddisfazione degli ospiti, fornendo un feedback continuo al team.
- Supportare nelle attività di formazione e selezione dei nuovi membri del team.
- Supervisionare la gestione delle forniture e delle attrezzature del reparto, assicurando il mantenimento di scorte adeguate per supportare le operazioni giornaliere.
- Collaborare con gli altri reparti per coordinare i servizi agli ospiti e garantire un funzionamento fluido ed efficiente della struttura.
- Sostituire l’Housekeeping Manager in sua assenza.

- Precedente esperienza nello stesso ruolo all’interno di un hotel di lusso 5 stelle
- Conoscenza approfondita delle procedure di pulizia, igiene e standard qualitativi di strutture di lusso.
- Ottima conoscenza degli Standard LQA
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana
- Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli, forte orientamento all’ospite, affidabilità e capacità di problem solving
- Ottime doti relazionali, sia con gli ospiti sia all’interno del team
