The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Milan is the city's most comprehensive, offering a holistic approach to rejuvenation and relaxation in tranquil, meditative surroundings that feature indoor swimming pool and six private treatment rooms. In addition, the hotel has two versatile function rooms.

**About the job**

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the IT Department in Milan, the IT Coordinator is responsible for for supporting the IT world within the hotel. The IT Coordinator reports to the Director of IT.

**As **IT Coordinator you will responsible for the following duties**:

- Day to Day Colleague IT Support
- To manage daily IT needs and requests
- To assist hotel guests with all IT related issues
- Audio Visual Dedicated Services & Support

**As **IT Coordinator, we expect from you**:

- Fluent English and Italian
- Computer system training
- College Education or equivalent highly preferred
- Problem solving
