You will be part of a dynamic team contributing to the growth of a global leader in the premium wafer market.
You will play a key role in supporting the management, development, and optimization of our product portfolio, with a particular focus on its effective and efficient mobilization.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Analyzes KPIs on product portfolio performance across categories and markets, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Support the development and execution of portfolio strategies for premium wafer products across global markets
- Based on defined portfolio performance metrics, provides reports and inputs / recommendations to senior management for defining portfolio evolutions,including ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling
- Facilitate alignment across Marketing, Sales, R&D and other functions for all matters concerning product improvements and NPD
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, forecasts, and performance reports to ensure real-time visibility and informed decision-making
- Maintain and updates projects “Product Improvement” and NPD master plan and schedule, managing governance meetings, agenda, minutes and follow up activities
- Support resource allocation and investment decisions by providing analytical evaluation of new product opportunities in collaboration with Controlling

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Proven experience as a Portfolio Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in FMCG (3-5 years); experience in the confectionery or sweet snacks industry is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing global product portfolios
- Prior experience in marketing is highly desirable; ability to integrate marketing strategies with portfolio management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market research
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English; additional languages are an asset
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Availability to travel internationally as required
