Join our team and start your career journey with us as MICE Sales Coordinator (d/f/m) **What we offer**: - Permanent employment contract - Support in reconciling work and family life - Europe-wide employee app "LEAPP" - Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel Group - Training and development programmes at our Leonardo Academy - Team events **Your main duties**: - Evaluation and analysis of rates, sending the complete offer to the client, follow up in collaboration with Revenue and Reservation - Preventive reverification and supervision of all confirmed services - Organizing and conducting Site Inspections - Sending contracts to clients - Preparation of service orders for each confirmed event to share with the relevant departments clearly indicating all details for the realization of the event - Confrontation with the F&B Manager regarding the request for F&B services at the bidding stage, if they do not match the defined standard - Managing the event in the company system - Notify the hotel’s F&B department of the event confirmation well in advance depending on the size of the group - Welcoming the client upon arrival at the hotel with presence and support throughout the event, if necessary - Verification of deposit payments and event balances - Final check at close of event of final numbers before emmission of invoice and/or related commission invoice in case of presence of a brokerage agency **Your profile**: - BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself - Hospitality studies or Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, Sales or related areas - Previous experience as Events Coordinator, MICE Coordinator, or similar roles - Ability to work independently - Proactive - Capability of working with internal and external teams and partners - Experience in coordinating large-scale events - Familiarity with Sales software, in particular to create operational function sheets - Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages - Ability to work under strict deadlines - Microsoft Office literate **Your contact person**: **Federica Finotti** HR Assistant Leonardo Royal Venice Mestre Via Ca' Marcello 6 30172 Venezia
