Greening-e è una società internazionale specializzata nella progettazione, sviluppo, costruzione e manutenzione di impianti energetici ed è alla ricerca di nuovi profili di Land Acquisition Manager per lo sviluppo nell’area geográfica del nord e del centro Italia.

**Responsabilità**:

- Identificare i terreni in aree assegnate e gestire tutto il processo di acquisizione delle locazioni.
- Visitare i siti individuati e seguire la negoziazione dei contratti sui diritti fondiari.
- Supervisionare il processo di sottoscrizione dei contratti di locazione.
- Effettuare un’analisi accurata del mercato italiano riguardo i prezzi della zona e in particolare sul valore dei terreni agricoli.
- Preparare e rispettare la documentazione necessaria per il processo di sviluppo dei progetti.
- Collaborare con gli stakeholder interni per la valutazione dei territori e della loro sostenibilità.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza nel settore del Land Acquisition per le energie rinnovabili o nel Real Estate.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione.
- Buona conoscenza del mercato immobiliare.
- Patente di guida di categoria B.
- Automunito.
- Completano il profilo buone capacità di proattività, problem solving e ottime capacità di intermediazione con i proprietari terrieri.
