For our Headquarters in Milan, we are seeking a **Corporate BIM Coordinator** to join our Bidding & Engineering Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing information management proposals and coordinating designers in tender processes
- Defining contractual requirements for BIM services assigned to third parties
- Drafting information management plans for projects
- Coordinating designers during the start-up phases of projects
- Supervising and supporting BIM Teams in operational activities
- Centralizing and disseminating project-related know-how
- Implementing standards and procedures for BIM Data Management protocols
- Analyzing and reviewing BIM models provided by clients, designers, and consultants
- Document management: overseeing workflows, reception, validation, and quantity control from BIM models
- BIM modeling using authoring software in the construction sector
- Conducting 4D simulations
- Creating apps for reporting and dashboards for data analysis and communication
- Defining templates for BIM information integration
- Conducting training and tutoring activities
- Coordinating corporate innovation programs

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- At least 5 years of proven experience in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) company or as a general contractor
- Previous experience in infrastructure projects (roads, railways, dams, etc.)
- Proven experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Bentley OpenRail, Synchro 4D, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Python)
- Experience with virtual reality, augmented reality, and headsets
- Ability to extract, organize, and capitalize on data from BIM models and work with databases
- Experience in organizing, analyzing, and reporting data and information within the AEC sector
- Coordination experience
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad Excellent command of English
