Il Gruppo Langosteria, oggi in forte espansione, nasce nel 2007 quando Enrico Buonocore CEO e fondatore del gruppo, decide di aprire il primo ristorante a Milano in via Savona: Langosteria.Langosteria in breve tempo diventa un punto di riferimento nella ristorazione milanese distinguendosi per la continua ricerca per l’estrema qualità delle materie prime. Da subito un’impostazione chiara: un menù interamente di pesce, con piatti della tradizione, a cui si affiancano proposte più innovative e un’ampia scelta di crudi, ostriche e coquillage.Il Gruppo ad oggi conta 7 ristoranti: Langosteria, Langosteria Bistrot, Langosteria Café e Langosteria Cucina a Milano, Langosteria Paraggi a Santa Margherita Ligure, Langosteria at Cheval Blanc Paris ed infine la nuova Langosteria at Sankt Moritz.
