RINA is currently recruiting for a **Safety Coordinator** - Highways Projects**, in the for its office in Genoa, Italy. **Main Tasks**: - Play the role of Safety Coordinator in the design and / or execution phase in person or act as assistant to the Coordinator demonstrating high autonomy in solving problems / criticalities - Draw up Safety and Coordination Plans and / or verify the work of external suppliers with whom they will have to deal directly in order to ensure that the supplier's assignment is fulfilled in an exhaustive and complete manner - Support the Head and will also have to support any "junior" figures to allow them to learn and learn the role of Safety Coordinator **Desired skills and experience**: - Valid qualification of Safety Coordinator pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments - Important experience in safety management on construction sites (at least 15 years) - Autonomous management of construction sites, even complex ones - Experience as Coordinator in highway construction sites - Ability to independently verify safety documentation (POS) - Ability to independently draw up Safety and Coordination Plans (PSC) - Ability to carry out on-site inspections in complete autonomy, draw up minutes / reports - Ability to maintain relationships with companies, customers and Supervisory Bodies / Authorities - Knowledge of English (spoken and written) - Willingness to travel in Italy / abroad - Flexibility, Team building, Problem solving, Assertiveness Applications that are not in line with the requirements will not be considered. This job offer is extended to both sexes, in accordance with the Italian Law (Legislative Decree 198/2006 and subsequent amendments and additions). - Per il potenziamento della propria struttura técnica, RINA ricerca un **Coordinatore della Sicurezza - Progetti Autostradali** per la sede di Genova. **Attività Principali**: - Ricoprire ruolo di Coordinatore della Sicurezza in fase di progettazione e/o di esecuzione in prima persona o effettuare l'assistente del Coordinatore dimostrando elevata autonomia nella risoluzione dei problemi/criticità - Redigere autonomamente Piani di Sicurezza e Coordinamento e/o verificare l'operato di fornitori esterni con i quali dovrà rapportarsi direttamente al fine di garantire che l'incarico del fornitore venga evaso in maniera esaustiva e completa - Supportare direttamente il proprio responsabile e affiancare anche eventuali figure "junior" per consentire loro di apprendere e imparare il ruolo di Coordinatore della Sicurezza **Requisiti necessari ed esperienza**: - Abilitazione in corso di validità di Coordinatore della Sicurezza ai sensi D.Lgs.81/08 e s.m.i. - Comprovata esperienza pluriennale nella gestione della sicurezza nei cantieri (almeno 15 anni) - Gestione in maniera autonoma di cantieri anche complessi - Capacità di verificare autonomamente la documentazione di sicurezza (POS) - Capacità di redigere in maniera autonoma Piani di Sicurezza e Coordinamento (PSC) - Capacità di effettuare ispezioni in cantiere in completa autonomia, redigere verbali/rapporti - Capacità di tenere rapporti con imprese, cliente ed Enti di Vigilanza/Autorità - Conoscenza Lingua inglese - Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte italiane/estere - Flessibilità, Team building, Problem solving, Assertività LI-GZ1
